Vision Car Wash is a locally owned and operated Express Tunnel Car Wash company serving the Orlando area. We are seeking experienced Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and Shift Supervisors to join our growing leadership team.

- Applicants without previous Express Tunnel Car Wash experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Lead daily express tunnel car wash operations
- Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and equipment performance
- Drive membership sales and achieve site performance goals
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and employee development
- Perform cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance
- Foster a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
All applicants must have:
- Previous Express Tunnel Car Wash experience (Required)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in an Express Tunnel Car Wash
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude with basic equipment troubleshooting abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude with an ownership mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
Preferred Experience by Position
Site Manager
- Two or more years managing an Express Tunnel Car Wash (Required)
- Experience leading teams, driving membership sales, and managing daily operations
- Experience with Sonny's CarWash equipment or similar tunnel systems (Required)
Assistant Site Manager
- Previous experience assisting in the management of an Express Tunnel Car Wash
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Shift Supervisor
- Previous experience supervising employees in an Express Tunnel Car Wash
- Ability to motivate employees while maintaining high operational standards
