Trident Dental Implant Center is a private, doctor owned prosthodontic practice specializing in full arch implant reconstruction and complex restorative dentistry, led by Dr. Anthony P. Gabriel, DMD, MS, FACP, a Board Certified Prosthodontist. The practice operates an in house digital laboratory.
We are seeking an experienced Implant Treatment Coordinator to own the case presentation and case acceptance function of the practice. This position is responsible for converting consultations into scheduled treatment, managing the new patient lead pipeline, and coordinating patient financing. This is a results measured position with defined monthly case acceptance and production targets. It is not a front desk or administrative role.

- Compensation: $25-$35 per hour base, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on closed cases
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator in a dental practice, with implant or full arch case presentation experience
- Reports To: Practice Owner
Responsibilities
- Conduct treatment presentations with patients following their consultation with the doctor
- Present full arch and implant treatment plans, including scope of treatment, timeline, and fees
- Prepare accurate treatment plans and cost estimates
- Discuss and present financial options, including third party financing programs
- Process financing applications and coordinate approvals, payment arrangements, and deposits
- Address patient questions, concerns, and objections regarding treatment and cost
- Manage the new patient lead pipeline and maintain consistent follow up with patients who have not started treatment
- Track and report case acceptance rate, conversion, and production metrics
- Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to schedule accepted cases and ensure a seamless transition into treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial agreements in the practice management and CRM systems
- Serve as the patient's primary point of contact from consultation through case completion
- Meet or exceed established monthly case acceptance and production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or case presenter in a dental practice
- Demonstrated experience presenting high value treatment plans and discussing fees and financing directly with patients
- Implant or full arch case presentation experience required
- Working knowledge of third party dental financing platforms and approval processes
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and CRM or lead tracking systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a documented approach to follow up and pipeline management
- Ability to work effectively in a goal oriented, metrics driven environment
- High school diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
