Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting to support strategic business initiatives

Build and enhance reporting packages, dashboards, and performance metrics using large data sets

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance

Support process improvements, reporting automation, and data integrity initiatives

Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations

Assist with compliance, audit support, and financial documentation as needed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
4+ years of direct financial analysis, business analysis, or healthcare finance experience
Healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy industry experience is required

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

Experience building financial models, dashboards, and reporting solutions

Power BI experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, pharmacy operations, or 340B programs is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
