We are seeking ambitious, polished, and highly motivated Executive Agents to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role where you will spend your day speaking with senior executives, learning about their backgrounds and goals, and helping them determine whether representation by MyProfessionalBrand is the right fit. Our firm takes an annual fee to represent these individuals, with the goal being our client services team delivers far more in value from professional opportunities they land during the year.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with senior executives, founders, consultants, attorneys, advisors, and industry leaders throughout the day on live Zoom conversations.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each executive’s career goals, expertise, and aspirations.
- Educate prospective clients on how professional representation can help them secure new opportunities.
- Guide executives through the value they’d receive as a client and close new client engagements.
- Calls will be set up for you by our marketing team so you can focus on closing new clients and following up with your pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes, messaging, and client acquisition strategies.
- Help shape the future of a growing company operating in an exciting and emerging market.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of sales, business development, consulting, or client-facing experience where you had to close sales on the phone.
- Experience selling high-ticket services is a plus ($5,000-$10,000).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable spending most of the day on Zoom and phone calls.
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
- Passion for helping successful professionals achieve their goals.
Success in This Role
Successful Executive Agents consistently:
- Build strong relationships with executives.
- Maintain a healthy and active pipeline.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations daily.
- Close 5-10 new client engagements each month.
- Contribute ideas that improve performance across the organization.
- Take ownership of their results and continually raise the bar.
