Job Description:
Compensation: $22 -$24 per hour
The Cold Chain Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and distribution of customer temperature-sensitive finished goods. This position ensures temperature control and compliance standards are maintained while performing receipts, storage, and filling orders.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Validate and receive product from the supplier into inventory

Stock product according to temperature requirement

Perform daily inventory cycle counts

Ensure storage locations and conditions are compliant

Pick, pack, and ship product in accordance with IATA compliance standards with appropriate insulation materials to maintain temperature integrity during transport

Complete various customer requests, reporting any issues to management

Provide professional and timely responses

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Willingness to obtain IATA Certification

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to work in warehouse and cold storage environment

Warehousing experience preferred

Excellent customer service skills with focus on performance recognition

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Basic math and computer skills
-
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers

Required to wear steel toe shoes
