We are currently hiring 1 experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs to serve clients in Indiana. We have part-time positions available.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-focused position dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients. You’ll provide essential daily care and support for elderly, mentally disabled, chronically ill, or physically challenged individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with dressing and undressing
- Light housekeeping and cleaning
- Laundry support
- Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping
- Medication reminders and assistance with opening containers
- Providing companionship, including letter writing and reading mail
- Reporting any changes in client condition appropriately
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass PCA Competency & Skills Test with a score of 85% or higher
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check, Pre-Employment Drug Test, and TB Test
- Must comply with HIPAA regulations and respect client privacy and rights
- Physically able to perform job duties
