The Role (What You’ll Do)
This role splits time between our active warehouse and premier event venues. You will work alongside our production and design teams to ensure every corporate gathering or wedding is a success.
Key Duties:
- Event Execution: Assist with the hands-on setup and teardown of events at various venues.
- Warehouse Operations: Organize inventory, supplies, and materials needed for upcoming productions.
- Logistics & Inventory: Ensure timely delivery and pickup of event assets while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.
- Team Coordination: Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate schedules and solve problems on the fly.
- Safety First: Uphold strict safety standards during setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
What We’re Looking For
- The Schedule: A varied schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods during busy event days.
- The Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Requirements & Pluses:
- Experience: Previous experience in event production or setup/teardown is highly desirable.
- Driver’s License: A valid license is a major plus!
- Bilingual: Being bilingual is a huge asset to our diverse team.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
