We are looking for a skilled Electrician's to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in wiring, installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential electrical systems. Commercial fit up experience a plus. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and willingness to grow in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers and representing Colonial Electric in a professional manner at all times. Candidates should have 3 years experience working in the electrical service industry. Be self motivated and goal driven.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Follow state and local building regulations.
- Basic understanding of the NEC.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.

Pay: $38.00 - $75.00 per hour
