Orecchio Properties and Home Environment Solutions are growing and looking for two experienced Construction Professionals to join our team.
We are not looking for beginners or general laborers. We are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want a long term career with a stable company.
Our team maintains and renovates hundreds of quality rental homes and apartments throughout the Weirton, WV and Steubenville, OH areas. Every day is different, and you'll work on a variety of projects instead of doing the same thing every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior remodeling
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Painting
- Flooring installation
- Preparing homes and apartments for new residents
- General maintenance and repairs
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of residential construction or apartment maintenance experience
- Strong carpentry and remodeling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Someone who notices the small details and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule:
Monday through Friday8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; No nights. No regular weekends.
