The Alliance & Business Development Executive is responsible for growing Cittabase's Data and AI partnerships by driving co-sell opportunities and expanding referral pipeline. This field-facing role focuses on building trusted relationships with Principal sales teams through joint events, enablement, and account engagement, while partnering with Cittabase's sales, practice, and delivery teams to bring integrated solutions to market.
Responsibilities
Grow revenue through strategic partnerships and co-sell initiatives.
Build and manage relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market and account strategies.
Drive partner-sourced opportunities and enable sales teams.
Collaborate on partner marketing, events, and solution offerings.
Track alliance performance and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or technology sales.
Experience with cloud, data, AI, or partner ecosystems
Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Up to 30% travel required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
