Job Brief
We are looking for an organized and empathetic HR Staff Member to support our daily human resources operations. In this role, you will handle employee inquiries, assist with recruitment, maintain staff records, and help foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, handles sensitive data with discretion, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Payroll Processing
- Ability to setup HR processes
- Assist recruitment: Post open jobs, screen incoming resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding: Lead orientation for new hires, prepare welcome packages, and ensure all employment paperwork is completed.
- Maintain HR records: Update internal databases with new hire information, status changes, and time-off requests.
- Ensure compliance: Help maintain physical and digital employee files in accordance with local labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative HR role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive workplace information with total professionalism.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
