Tom Sawyer's Country Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Line Cook to work in our fast paced, high volume kitchen! Previous experience in high-volume restaurants and food service is necessary. Competitive wages with hourly rate based on experience level.
Job Duties for Breakfast cook - line cook – prep cook:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Operate in a fast paced and high-volume kitchen successfully'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
