K-Rod Construction is a residential single-family home & commercial remodeling business in Boca Raton, FL.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee several projects from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with management, homeowners, building inspectors and sub-contractors.
10 plus years of Project Management experience with commercial and single-family homes is a must. DO NOT SEND A RESUME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand architectural plans. Collaborate with architects and engineers if site plan needs changes. (along with Project Manager and Owners)
- Must be able to determine what recourses (manpower, equipment, material) are needed on the jobsite to stay on target with completion date.
- Must be able to schedule inspections and answer inspectors’ questions in the absence of subcontractors.
- Supervise all subcontractors and layout the scope of work to be completed on the jobsite every day.
- Must be willing and able to work with construction software on an iPad. Entering daily logs, pictures, managing the schedule and Gantt chart.
- Create change orders as needed in construction software for Management to review with Homeowners.
- Must have excellent quality control standards and keep a clean jobsite.
- Must be willing to work earlier morning and Saturdays (as needed)
- Must read and understand all HOA, ABA rules for each community your jobsite is located. Ensure all Subcontractors adhere to these rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000-110,000 annually (paid weekly)
