Automotive group is looking for a fulltime service lane entry level representative. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering exposure to customer interaction, scheduling, parts coordination and dealership exposure.

Job duties will include but aren’t limited to:
- Provide a welcoming, professional first impression for all guests and ensuring an efficient check-in process
- Coordinate and manage the appointment calendar, proactively confirming bookings to maximize daily shop capacity
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and client updates.
- Facilitate clear, efficient communication across departments to streamline repair timelines and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while keeping the guest lounge and work environment clean, safe and professional.
- Provide cross-functional support by assisting with cashiering duties, point-of-sale transactions, and closing invoices during peak hours or as needed.
- Contribute to overall facility success by remaining adaptable and executing administrative projects as requested by management.
Candidates must possess the following:
- A genuine passion for guest relations combined with a positive, collaborative team mindset.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to explain information clearly and confidently to both guests and team members.
- A strong desire to launch a career in the automotive industry and a proactive drive to learn the service business from the ground up.
