About the Role
As our Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling company-owned properties while delivering an exceptional experience to buyers and partners.
This is not a prospecting-heavy role. You will work with a steady pipeline of company inventory and be supported by our internal acquisitions and operations teams.

Compensation & Earnings
This role offers a hybrid compensation structure:
- Traditional listing-side commission through Keller Williams (based on your split)
- $1,500 supplemental commission per closing
- 5% profit participation on qualifying properties
- Performance bonuses for fast contracts, multiple offers, and efficient closings
High performers benefit from both stable volume and strong upside.
This Is NOT a “Set It and Forget It” Role
If you prefer to post a listing and wait for activity rather than actively managing outreach, negotiations, and follow-up, this role will not be a fit. Success here requires a Waymaker mindset: finding a way forward with urgency, integrity, and accountability.
What You Bring
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License in good standing is required
- Current or eligible affiliation with the brokerage of record
- Experience listing and selling residential properties
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple listings
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Comfort operating within structured systems and escalation protocols
- Professional communication and presentation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Agents must maintain active licensure and brokerage affiliation in good standing.
