QUALIFICATIONS:
- LCDC/i, Ci, LPC, etc.
- The Springboard Center is the Permian Basin's premier alcohol and drug treatment center. We advocate for sobriety and 12 step support programs.
- Personally being in recovery is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Responsible for reporting to and assisting the program supervisor in clinical operation of The Springboard Center programs.
- Direct client services including individual, group, didactic as well as family education and counseling.
- Performs such case management duties as the proper and timely submission of all treatment documentation, reports and forms necessary to efficient operation of the program and quality care.
- Participates in program development and staff training.
- Attends weekly staff meeting.
- Prepares and coordinates client’s aftercare and discharge plans on an individual basis stressing individuality, appropriateness, effectiveness and optimal utilization of family and community resources.
- Completes initial evaluation and psychosocial assessment as assigned.
- Performs other functions as assigned by Program Supervisor or Director of Clinical Services, within the scope of his/her license.
- Bilingual a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
