We're Hiring
- Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct skilled nursing assessments and Start-of-Care (SOC) visits
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct patient care
Responsibilities
Registered Nurses (RNs):
- Conduct initial and follow-up skilled nursing assessments
- Develop individualized care plans and accurately document all care provided
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Perform supervisory visits and reassessments as needed
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and disease management
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- An active Virginia RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous home care or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
Registered Nurses (RNs):
- $75 per assessment or 1-hour shift
- $50/hour for long-hour shifts
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
- $55/hour for 1-hour shifts
- $30–$34/hour for long-hour shifts
