We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and sanitation. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and longevity.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or housekeeper management is a plus.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
