Hello! We are an apparel manufacturing shop looking for new team members. We specialize in Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Direct to Garment printing. Experience in the industry is NOT required but definitely preferred.
Our company is looking for a hardworking and dedicated candidate to join us as a Screen Printing Assistant (with room to move up to lead printer).
As a Screen Printer, your primary responsibilities include printing on a variety of different materials. Here at KTG printing we work with Automatic Presses by ROQ, a state of art machinery company in the industry. Some responsibilities as a screen printer would include but not limited too:
- Preparing & Mixing inks
- Lining up screens for multicolored designs.
- Loading/Pulling off garments during print run.
- Looking for faults or any flaws throughout the print run.
- Maintaining a clean station and keeping machinery clean.
- Solving technical problems during the printing process.
- Collaborating with the team members to finish the order in time.
- Maintain focus throughout entire print run avoiding all types of distractions (cell phone/headphones)
Besides this, you should have great hand and eye alignment / coordination to succeed in this job position.
You must be willing to work for a long period of time and on weekends as well if needed (this is rare). You should be able to lift boxes of garments if needed. You should also have a keen eye for details for accuracy..
We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:30pm, and Saturday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. You're more than welcome to come by and drop off a resume at any time.
