Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree from an accredited school psychology program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling, and creating intervention plans in a school setting
- Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and presenting findings to educational teams
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with current best practices and IEP processes in special education

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
- Interpret assessment results and collaborate on developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers and families to design and implement evidence-based interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and crisis response as needed
