Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Overview
St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the clinical and corporate recruiting needs for this state. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a strategic supporter of the Statewide Leadership Team and will have a deep understanding of the clinical markets across their region. In this role you will work with leadership to understand talent needs and will be responsible for creating the talent acquisition strategy for their market. You’ll proactively source top candidates, build pipelines, create referral networks, interview candidates, and manage the complete talent acquisition cycle. While this position is remote, the candidate must reside in Minnesota.
Essential Functions and Skills
Responsibilities
- Own the market strategy and full cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate positions across the state, including Nurses, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Clinical Leaders, Administrators, Chaplains, Massage and Music Therapist, and others in established and new markets.
- Creatively source and screen active and passive candidates through various recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify position requirements and conduct intake meetings.

Conduct initial interviews, present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and manage the entire process from start to finish, including coordination and scheduling of interviews, reference checks, pipeline management, and other administrative tasks.

Extend, prepare, and present offers to candidates with direction and input from hiring managers.

Develop and maintain a network of relationships with healthcare professionals and associations to proactively create candidate pipelines.

Assess and evaluate candidate skill sets relative to position requirements.

Manage and maintain applicant tracking system data and complete reference checks and ensure time-to-fill requirements and data accuracy for reporting.

Recommend and build local recruiting and brand awareness initiatives to support business needs.

Provide recruitment content and communications for various external and internal websites, social media, and online job postings.

Serve as a cultural representative for St. Croix Hospice and provide a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

5-7 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience required.

Previous experience in healthcare, recruiting talent across a range of clinical positions is highly preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in creating a local recruiting strategy.

Experience attracting and engaging talent while leveraging a variety of recruitment resources.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

Consultative and customer-oriented approach to serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Familiar with job boards, social media for employment branding and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.
Ability to pass DHS background study.

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000/annually. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
