The Director of Girls Flag Football leads the development, expansion, and day‑to‑day operations of the Girls Flag Football program. This role oversees league planning, coach recruitment, player experience, and community engagement to ensure a high‑quality, empowering sports environment for female athletes. The Director manages scheduling, communications, and on‑field execution while driving growth through outreach, partnerships, and innovative programming. Success in this position requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and a passion for advancing girls’ sports within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow Girls Flag Football leagues, camps, and events.
- Recruit, train, and support coaches and volunteers.
- Oversee game schedules, field operations, equipment, and safety standards.
- Lead parent communication, player support, and conflict resolution.
- Develop partnerships with schools, community groups, and sports organizations.
- Drive registration growth through marketing, outreach, and community presence.
- Ensure an inclusive, positive, and development‑focused environment for all players.
