THE OPPORTUNITY
The first conversation can make a difference. As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect with homeowners, learn about their situation, and help determine whether a conversation with a member of our sales team makes sense.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Starting professional conversations with homeowners
- Learning about potential roofing concerns and project needs
- Asking questions to understand the homeowner's situation
- Sharing helpful information about the next steps in the process
- Identifying qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Scheduling appointments and confirming upcoming meetings
- Communicating appointment details to the appropriate team members
- Recording customer interactions and activity in the CRM
- Following established processes for consistent customer follow-up
The goal is simple: create a positive first experience, build trust, and help qualified homeowners connect with the right member of the Restoration Roofing team.
You will not be expected to know everything about roofing when you start. Our training is designed to help you learn the role, improve your communication, and build confidence through hands-on experience and continued coaching.
YOUR TRAINING PATH
