We are seeking a Regional Director to join the Commercial team at our US office.
About the Job
Lead the commercial strategy for Small Lagoons and Tech Pools in the assigned market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strengthening the company's competitive position in the region.
Specific Responsabilities:
- Execute the commercial strategy for Small Lagoons and Tech Pools in the assigned market, ensuring the achievement of sales, expansion, and positioning objectives for these product lines.
- Identify and manage clients and strategic accounts, generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing accounts interested in Small Lagoons and Tech Pools.
- Negotiate and structure business agreements with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring sustainable and favorable results for the company.
- Lead complex sales processes for Small Lagoons and Tech Pools, from prospecting and presenting proposals to handling objections, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated commercial information in CRM platforms, ensuring the availability of information.
- Analyze market and competitor dynamics for Small Lagoons and Tech Pools to propose product improvements, new opportunities, and actions that strengthen market share.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop commercial materials, technical solutions, and organize representation activities related to Small Lagoons and Tech Pools.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of commercial experience, with a proven track record in sales of commercial pools or related products.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and negotiating high-value agreements with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience leading full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ideally within the assigned market.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced level of English.
- Advanced level of Spanish (preferred).
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Availability to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
