Erie Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive project success from pre-construction to closeout. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Planning
- Manage project lifecycles from bid award through final punch-list and closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules to ensure milestones are met and delays are mitigated.
- Coordinate field operations, including subcontractor scheduling, equipment logistics, and material procurement.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Financial & Budget Management
- Oversee project budgets, tracking costs, approving invoices, and processing change orders.
- Prepare and process progress billings and payment applications in tandem with our accounting team.
- Monitor labor and material variances to maintain project profitability.
- Review and approve subcontractor pay applications, ensuring compliance with all contract terms.
Compliance & Administration
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies across all project sites.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and inspection reports.
- Manage essential project compliance, including permits, insurance, and lien waivers.
- Facilitate progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and field leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2+ years in construction project management (civil, commercial, or residential).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of blueprints, project scheduling, and construction best practices.
- Financial Acumen: Proven experience in job costing and contract administration.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project scheduling software.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and clear communication skills.
- Capabilities: Proven ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and multiple simultaneous projects.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
