Job Overview
Chef Tim Love is on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities to guarantee quality, safety, and efficiency in line with health regulations.
- Handle Toast POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, coordinating food ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Train and develop team members on food safety practices, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
- Manage customer interactions to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Participate in budgeting, cost control measures, and overall restaurant management to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and staff training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
