What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspire and Empower: You’ll create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere where members feel motivated to achieve their goals. Whether they’re new to fitness or seasoned pros, you’ll help guide them in the right direction.
- Build Relationships: Get to know our members by name, understand their needs, and become their go-to person for any questions or concerns. Your personalized approach will keep them coming back for more!
- Onboard New Members: Be the face of The Club for our new members! Your friendly greeting, helpful attitude, and clear direction will make their first experience unforgettable.
- Be Authentic and Real: We want you to be yourself—show up with energy, sincerity, and a true passion for helping others. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and love working with people, you’ll fit right in.

- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified).

Physical Requirements:
This role is part of a fitness environment, so you should be able to lift up to 45 lbs and be comfortable ensuring the safety of our members by following all safety standards.
