We are seeking a full-time House Manager Supervisor for our Boutique Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Position Summary: This position will oversee House Managers and caregivers and ensure smooth daily operations of all communities associated with the organization. This position will offer services to residents as indicated in each resident’s individual service plan within multiple communities associated with Sage Oak Assisted Living and Memory Care. In addition to residential care and operations of the home, this position provides leadership and a point of communication for all current and new employees, residents, family members, visitors and vendors.
The ideal person will be able to communicate and demonstrate positive company culture. House Managers contribute their talents and energies to further improve the quality and environment of those we care for. This position requires teamwork and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving attitude to contribute to the daily clinical and operations of the house. This position requires team management and leadership paired with outstanding communication.
The House Manager Supervisor will serve as a role model for others by displaying a responsible, cooperative, and positive attitude with a willingness to help others. This position will provide support to residents and hands-on assistance to fellow staff. House Managers assist in the development and revision of service plans, observe and report any issues or concerns surrounding the care of each resident and communicates effectively with their team. This position will also perform food services, activities, environmental services and medication administration.
This position requires a flexible schedule as ideal candidate must be available days and nights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
