Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Reports Developer to join our dynamic team for a hybrid role based out of Alexandria, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) models and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain complex Oracle Reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Utilize Oracle PPM models to support project management and portfolio analysis.

Integrate Oracle Reports with ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.

Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports to improve performance and accuracy.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle Reports and related tools.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Reports development.

Proven experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) models.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Oracle Reports.

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certification in relevant areas.

Experience with other reporting tools and technologies.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
