American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Chest Pain Observation / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Asheville, NC, requiring 2+ years of experience and a valid NC or compact RN license.

Located in a hospital-based Chest Pain Observation / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
-
13-week travel contract

Active NC or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or telemetry/chest pain observation experience required

Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)

Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU RNs

Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
