Immediate PCA Opening – Cary & Apex, NC | Flexible & PRN Opportunities Available
East Carolina Home Care is currently hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to serve clients in the Cary and Apex, NC area.
Immediate Opening
We currently have an immediate need for a caregiver to work:
Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
In addition to this opening, we are actively building our caregiver team for PRN, part-time, and future assignments throughout Cary, Apex, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration).
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or home environment.
- Complete required visit documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar caregiving role preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
- Flexible availability is a plus.
