Harbor Management is seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Leasing Agent for our property management office in Bangor, ME.
LEASING AGENT
I. BASIC FUNCTION
A. Act as the first point of contact between residents and the management office.
B. Work with residents and management to identify resident needs.
C. Assist the property manager with daily tasks to make the office run smoothly.
D. Marketing/Neighborhood Outreach Programs
E. Leasing of vacant units
II. RELATIONSHIPS
A. Reports to Site Manager.
B. Maintains relationships with other staff members, current and prospective tenants.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the administrative assistant.
1. Greeting tenants, assisting with questions/needs
2. Answering the phone
3. Office filing
4. Preparing letters and documents
5. Creating work orders based on tenant requests and maintenance needs.
6. Market vacant units as necessary, show units to prospective tenants and keep a waitlist.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
A. High school education or equivalent.
B. Previous leasing experience is preferred.
C. Compatible with wide range of people.
D. Customer service experience.
E. Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr
