Key Responsibilities

Verify incoming vehicles by comparing serial numbers (VINs) to invoices

Inspect vehicles for damage and confirm all listed accessories are present

Document any damage or missing items on delivery receipts

Park and organize new and used vehicles in designated areas
-
Maintain accurate key control and storage systems
-
Assign stock numbers to incoming inventory
-
Move vehicles as needed to maintain lot organization and maximize space
-
Transport sold vehicles to the preparation/detail department
-
Perform basic lot maintenance tasks to protect vehicles in storage (battery, tires, cleanliness)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot environment

Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines

Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent driving skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable, punctual, and proactive work ethic

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
