Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathe machines, ensuring precise machining of metal and plastic components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprints to accurately produce parts
- Program CNC lathes using CAM software and verify tool paths for optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure parts meet strict tolerances
- Adjust machine parameters and tooling based on measurement feedback to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, inspection results, and machine logs

· Yang: 1 (2nd Shift) – 1 (3rd Shift)
- CNC turning center / lathe (live tooling on the better models) Most CNC-friendly role on the list solid CNC lathe experience fits here) 3-axis lathe experience preferred
· Eurotech: - 1 (3rd Shift)
- Triple Turret Lathe Operator- Multi-turret turning center, three turrets working the part at once for high-volume precision turning.
· Eurotech:1 Davenport Operator 2 - Cam Drive Operator - 2nd Shift
- Davenport – 5 spindle automatic screw machine (mechanical, cam-driven, runs high-volume small turned parts, threads, slots, holes)
- Eurotech – multi-spindle cam-operated screw machine, operators set up and run the cams, tooling and spindles, hands on mechanical machining not computer programming.
