Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with metal forming equipment and will play a key role in producing components for our dump bodies, water tanks and other parts. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic. Being able to weld is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal sheets according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Knowledge of metal types and forming techniques, especially in heavy-duty truck manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
