Desert Med Aesthetics is a physician-led, aesthetic medicine practice in Indian Wells, CA. Founder and Medical Director Dr. Doriana Cosgrove leads a practice focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, holistic patient care, and a well-run team.
What You'll Do
- Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) IV Therapy and dermal fillers under physician-established protocols
- Perform laser and energy-based treatments
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation in Nextech
- Grow your practice through referrals, patient reviews, community outreach, and social media
- Cross-refer within the practice to our MD and aestheticians
What You Bring
- Active California RN or NP license in good standing
- Experience in aesthetic injectables and/or laser treatments
- Consultative sales skills
- Strong patient communication and follow-up
- Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours, will consider part-time to start
- Pay range: Base hourly rate + bonus DOE
