We are growing our Primary Care team in Clearwater, Florida, and are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a respected, patient-focused healthcare organization.

The Role
As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients while developing long-term relationships with your patient population.
You will be part of a team committed to Value-Based Care, with an emphasis on quality, prevention, outcomes, and keeping patients healthy in the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior patients
- Manage a patient panel and develop strong physician-patient relationships
- Average approximately 15 patients per day
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based approach to care
- Support quality-driven and value-based care initiatives
- Focus on preventive care and improving patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active Florida medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Outpatient primary care experience
- Experience with Value-Based Care and/or Medicare Advantage preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
