Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding menu items and special requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
