L’ Atelier on Laurens is a luxury women’s boutique in downtown Aiken, and we are looking for a polished, energetic and dependable Senior Sales Associate to join our team.
This is an important position for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with customers and takes pride in keeping a beautiful boutique organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, confident, organized and able to work independently. You should naturally notice what needs to be done and take initiative.
Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional personal service and styling to clients
● Build relationships and encourage repeat business
● Sell confidently and meet sales goals
● Assist with merchandising and maintaining the boutique’s appearance
● Receive and organize new merchandise
● Maintain an organized stockroom
● Assist with Shopify/POS and daily store operations
● Help with customer outreach and special events
● Work closely with the owner and become a trusted member of the team
Qualifications
● Retail, fashion, boutique or hospitality experience preferred
● Strong customer-service and sales skills
● Professional, polished appearance
● Reliable and organized
● Comfortable working independently
● Fashion sense and enthusiasm for styling
● Shopify/POS experience is a plus
Full-time | $18–$20 per hour + performance incentives
