Job Functions

Prepare all food as instructed in an efficient manner and memorize the items to be prepared

Operate all kitchen equipment that Food Prep member has been trained to operate

Clean all kitchen equipment that the Food Prep member has been trained to operate

Adhere to safety procedures regarding use of knives and other sharp tools
-
Know and demonstrate FIFO (first in –first out).

Interact professionally with other team members in front and back of store
Minimum requirements

18 years
-
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Able to stand to perform job functions for the entire shift

Ability to communicate effectively

Learn Quick and work under a variety of conditions including fast paced

Follow all hygiene and safety rules including food safety and personal safety

Available to be cross trained on front store positions
