Our client, a global logistics company, is looking for a Warehouse Picker/Packer to join their team in Cheektowaga, NY. In this role, you will play a key part in daily fulfillment operations by packing, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow client instructions to accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment
- Read and process customer orders and identify correct item locations throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to process and track orders
- Ensure high accuracy in order packing and labeling to minimize errors
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and order fulfillment targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Steel toe boots required
- Basic computer skills helpful
- Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the warehouse, and lift as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Overtime offered | Facility operates 24/7
