Supported by physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, and clinical staff
Schedule

Three days per week with flexible scheduling

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements
-
Must be an MD or DO

Active North Carolina medical license required

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

BLS and DEA required
