Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized ECE (Early Childhood Education) Administrator with a minimum of 24 ECE units to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, support our early learning programs, and ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Your energetic approach will help us maintain our high standards of quality care and educational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate early childhood programs and curriculum
- Ensure programs align with state licensing requirements and educational standards
- Monitor classroom environments to maintain quality and safety
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities
- Create staff schedules and manage performance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare for and manage licensing inspections
Experience
- Prior administrative experience within a childcare environment
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, parents, visitors, and licensing agencies
