Biltmore Forest Country Club is a private, member-owned club with over 100 years of tradition in exceptional service. We are seeking experienced servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining and event experiences to our membership and their guests.
This role requires weekend afternoon and evening availability and offers the opportunity to work across multiple dining and event formats, including upscale plated dinners, buffets, private events, and club functions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, full-service restaurants, private clubs, banquet service, or a similar hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-standard settings
- Dependable, professional, and team-focused

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members and their guests
- Present and describe menu items with confidence and accuracy
- Follow established service standards and proper dining etiquette
- Set up and break down banquet and event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and other event equipment
- Assist with the setup and teardown of dining areas before and after events
- Provide professional and attentive service during plated dinners, buffets, banquets, private events, and other club functions
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining and event spaces throughout service
- Work closely with servers, culinary staff, event staff, and management to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Respond professionally to member and guest needs and requests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
This position is active and requires employees to be on their feet for extended periods. Employees must be able to:
- Walk and stand for extended periods throughout a full shift
- Frequently move throughout dining and event spaces during service
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other event equipment
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed to perform setup, teardown, service, and other job duties
- Safely perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
