Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing lessons that support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and early childhood education standards
- Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through play, exploration, and structured activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development using positive guidance and consistent routines
- Maintain open, respectful, and professional communication with parents and guardians regarding each child’s progress and needs
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development and use findings to guide instruction and support individual growth
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with licensing regulations
- Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to promote a positive and effective learning environment
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
