Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our inside sales team in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather accurate account information to be recorded in ERP
- Generate and process invoices
- Run and audit account reports for the purpose of accurate customer billing
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients
- Effectively communicate with the team
- Process all invoices to be mailed daily
- Perform general office functions for completing account paperwork
- Take client calls and process supply orders
Requirements:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Outlook
- 2+ years of administrative experience in general office functions
- Must thrive at multitasking and working as a member of a team
- Requires an organized, meticulous record keeper who is detail-oriented and has strong math skills
- Some experience working with an ERP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
