Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through Face to face sales in Retail environment.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Negotiate terms with clients, close direct sales deals, and follow up on post-sale support to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, Face to face , or retail sales with a focus on technology or technical products.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, and developing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell solutions confidently.

It is hourly paid and the representative will be responsible for selling products or services on behalf the Lion Gate Bussines Consulting.
Pay: $48,562.93 per year
