Audio-Visual Systems Manager

Maslow Media Group is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Systems Manager to support our client, a global pharmaceutical company. As the AV Systems Manager, you'll serve as the primary technical authority for conference room technology across five North American offices. You'll oversee enterprise collaboration systems, lead high-profile AV projects, partner with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure executives and employees alike experience seamless meetings and events every day.

What You'll Do
You'll own and support an enterprise collaboration ecosystem that powers communication across the organization by:
Lead Enterprise AV Operations
- Manage more than 70 Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) across five North American offices.
- Deploy, monitor, update, and troubleshoot conference room technology to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Administer Microsoft Teams Rooms through Microsoft Pro Management Portal and manage enterprise AV hardware using cloud-based management platforms.
- Configure and support conferencing equipment, cameras, displays, audio processors, collaboration devices, and other integrated AV technologies.
- Maintain and support a fleet of mobile Surface Hub 3 collaboration devices.
Drive Enterprise AV Projects
- Lead multi-million-dollar AV initiatives from planning through deployment and commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, installation plans, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review contracts, recommend improvements, and interpret AV system drawings and CAD documentation.
Deliver Outstanding End-User Support
- Provide responsive technical support for conference rooms, executive offices, and collaboration spaces.
- Support high-visibility meetings and events involving senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging training sessions that empower employees to confidently use collaboration technology.
- Support special events, workshops, and corporate initiatives requiring AV expertise.
Manage Digital Signage & Collaboration Technologies
- Administer enterprise digital signage systems and user access.
- Deploy and maintain digital signage hardware and software.
- Manage licensing, inventory, and ongoing system maintenance.
Innovate and Improve
- Evaluate emerging AV technologies and recommend enhancements to improve the workplace collaboration experience.
- Coordinate remote troubleshooting and maintenance with distributed support teams.
- Assist with Level 1 PC support and nearby office AV requests as needed.
- Maintain reporting, equipment inventories, and operational documentation.
What You Bring
You're an experienced AV professional who enjoys balancing technical excellence with exceptional customer service.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise audio-visual environments and unified communications technologies.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern collaboration platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise AV technologies including Crestron, Biamp, Aver, NEC, Surface Hub, Logitech, Neat, Sharp, Dell, Asus, Owl Labs, and related systems.
- Experience with AV management platforms including Microsoft Pro Management Portal, Crestron XiO Cloud, Tesira, Discovery, Aver EZManager2, and NEC NaviSet Administrator.
- Strong project management experience leading AV deployments, upgrades, renovations, and decommissioning projects.
- Ability to read and interpret AV CAD drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and conferencing protocols including SIP and H.323.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Confidence supporting executive leadership and C-suite personnel with professionalism and discretion.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
At Maslow, we are committed to equitable and market-aligned compensation practices. The salary range provided represents the good-faith compensation band we anticipate for this role at the time of posting.
Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, professional experience, demonstrated competencies, technical expertise, certifications, scope of responsibility, geographic considerations, applicable regulatory requirements, and overall business needs.
We take a holistic approach to compensation, ensuring alignment with both market benchmarks and internal equity.
