Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed while managing inventory levels effectively.
- Uphold all food handling regulations and promote responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Use your time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink mixing measurements.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours.
- Previous retail math or hospitality experience preferred; a background in craft cocktails
Pay: $7.00 - $13.00 per hour
