Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Role
AQualiT Health® is looking to add to its' network of providers in the Portland, OR areas providing Veterans physical assessments of disability. No long questionnaires involved; this is solely for the assessment portion of the disability questionnaire using our contractor's proprietary system. This is a 1099 contract position currently. MUST have a dedicated office space with exam table. This opportunity can help provide additional income. If interested, please apply, and additional details can be discussed.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Essential Responsibilities
- Functions independently to perform review of disability history and perform a physical exam related to the disability.
- Complete assessment questionnaire(s) as appropriate during assessment.
- Submit questionnaire in online system by the close of the business day.
- Review and sign completed DBQ once sent by contractor.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical school.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Strong computer skills.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years OR previous experience completing DBQ assessments. 1-2 years experience in the Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
